Why has it taken so long for Terrys so suss out that just 'tapping' them doesn't work? They are now telling us to 'whack it' !!

the thing is that people must still be complaining that they cannot split a chocolate orange by tapping it because the advert that is on now has been on a couple of years previous!! hahahaha

when I was little my mum would use a solid metal saucepan handle to "whack" it open :o)

I've never tapped or whacked them, just pulled segments out as and when.

Mind you I haven't had one for years, and won't, not now I'm a chocolate snob.
