I purchased a made to measure kitchen roller blind on the 6th November 2021. I am still awaiting a fitting date! I purchased the blind after having a local blind shop come round measure and show us possible materials and Styles. We ordered the one we liked and paid full by Credit card. In December I chased the order in person by going to the premises she said they were still waiting because of the unusual size! February finally the blind was in store - but she couldn’t find a fitter due to covid! The fitter we were told would be arranged by them and we would pay on the day! It’s now May and I am still waiting! I have been more than patient I think. I have now asked that the works be completed within two weeks!! She stipulated she can’t find a fitter but she can pop over and have a go - I’m not prepared to have her have a go it’s to go in my newly fitted kitchen - well it was in November!! What can I do - what are my rights?
