Amid fears a children's fantasy novel featuring magic and cups of tea could promote witchcraft, children's author, Andy Sagar, has been banned from reading his book at a London faith school.

Harry Potter went the same way in some faith schools - even though it's a wonderful tale of love conquering evil and a far superior moral guide than the books of faith the religious venerate.

These nincompoops clearly believe in something more than their religion. What say you?

Obviously naomi....
The talking Lion in Narnia reflects the talking donkey in Genesis.
(does anyone actually believe that a man had an actual conversation with a freakin donkey like it was the most normal thing in the world)
Both stories depict magical lands
(heaven/Iceland etc)
Both stories have innocent children
(who come unto me)

Both stories have numerious examples of similarites but because One was a ''Christian'' author and the other one wasn't''
(Actually J K Rowling claimed to be a Presbyterian)
There came a conflict!....

A ridiculous one at that.

> Which all and sundry should be banned from schools?

All bearers of loaded weapons and sundry paedophiles.
//I think Aslan the lion is supposed to represent Christ, nailit//
And Christ believed in the Old Testament.
Ergo, Christ believed in talking donkeys....

Get the drift though ;0

My miracles are more substanstiated than yours etc?
Our Lady of Lourdes has appeared more times with more warnings of impending doom than anyone else alive!
And then then theres Pastor Hagee with his best seller 'Blood moon' books prophecys.
The list goes on and on and on and on.......
