Curry leaves (dried) are available in most supermarkets in the herbs& spice section.
Fresh and dried ones are available in most Asian food shops.

There is no suitable substitute, despite what some people might advise you.

If you can't find any then just omit them from your recipe.
Is it and Indian style curry or Thai?

If Thai, try Kaffir Lime leaves
I make no apology for repeating myself.

I said above "There is no suitable substitute, despite what some people might advise you"

Kaffir lime leaves are NOT a substitute for curry leaves. They are quite different.
