I Don't Know What They're Called.

I don't know what they're called so I'll give it my best shot at a discription.
They're made from steel. One end is screwed to the top of a shed door and the other end attached to the shed it's self. It will slide as the door is opened but it will prevent the door from flying open on a windy. It holds the door in the open position so it can't slam shut again. There's usually a lenth of cord hanging down from it and when the cord is pulled the mechanism will allow the door to be safely be closed again. What are they called but more importantly where can I buy one .
Thank you.
