The above is one of the "problem" items listed in the Instruction Booklet for my new microwave oven.

Something's got lost in the translation I feel.

It's fair enough. If you touch it and you seem to be vibrating painfully at about 50 times a second (count it) then that's probably electricity coming from the oven.

I bought a water fountain for the cats. The assembly instructions were mainly in pictures with some Chinglish hints. I got so frustrated trying to understand how to put it together that I put it aside to think about at a later date.

Both cats died before I 'found' the fountain again and I gave it to a neighbour who was adopted by a couple of kittens.
