thank you tigger bloo
Wow!..
That's fabulous, tigger. Just breath-taking. Thank you for posting it.
I'm not convinced this is genuine. It may be an amalagamation of 4 telescopes. To have the proportion and perspective of objects that are so far apart, then give the view that we see here, seems highly unlikely to me. But thanks for posting. It looks impressive!
Not the event itself Ken, the images of it.
Enlarged picture the guy took in daylight. Would have thought the live image Tigger has posted is quite possible with the right telescope.

The YouTube link doesn’t look real to me. Sure they look to be in a line, but they’re not in order from the Sun.

I did say I hope its real but could be questionable. The actual live images of the individual planets through a telescope look real though. The footage could just be pasted together to make them look nearer to each other.
ZM, i would imagine that is due to the trajectory of each planet's orbital route. As far as i can see, the photograph the guy took from his balcony is replicated by the live feed image posted by Tigger.
nope, they would not be that close at that size. I suspect an amalgamation. Look at Ken's picture, there is no way they'd all get in the same shot at that size. Also Each telescope shot would be at different magnification.
That's a fantastic photo, isn't it Ken? But I don't think the one in the YouTube link is genuine. Don't want to be harsh on this anyway. It's a nice image and thanks for posting, Tigger. A great event.

It is a great event so just putting the awareness out there :o)

Hope it's clear night tonight so I can try an see them.
I've just checked the rise and set times and you'll have to get up before sunrise to see them. At some point Mercury and the Moon will join them.
I see the "Best View" countdown clock re-started, so that makes no sense.
