Hi, just bought the above van and the wipers, front and back, don't work. Fuse has been checked, okay. Van didn't come with manual so can't check that. I've tried to buy a workshop manual but they appear to be in short supply, can't find one anywhere!

Has anyone any idea what could be wrong please? Would be grateful for any advice.
