Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Have a full grid. Know the thematic word.
Finding the 4x4 grid to discover the word inside and then finding the verse in ODQ seems heavy lifting.

The 4x3 is central, hankir - look for the word you know in a symmetrical arrangement with 3 letters splitting it at regular intervals.
The try a search for the 3 letter word the 9 letter word + the overall shape (a W???L)

It was easy to find. Though the word meaning Policeman was new to me.

I think my original answer to 20a is wrong. Not sure how it parses.

28a Compositor proposes second nut going first (5) SMO?T

I haven't got the theme word ...i can think of a couple which could fit with some of the extra words but not all...maybe i have some extras wrong. Help please...
