5 Star

For some reason I am unable to receive 5 Star on my Smart TV. I can get 5 USA and 5 Action (but on 32 instead of 33). I have retuned several times over the last month or so but had no luck.
I have a Humax box - is it anything to do with that?

On my TV, 32 comes up as 5 Action, not 5 Star, but in the Radio Times it's listed as 33. On my TV 33 comes up as Great Movies.
(It's making my head hurt!!!).

Some broadcasters (including the ones you've mentioned in your post) had to move channels on 26 January this year in order to accommodate the return of BBC Three to Freeview.

If you're getting your signal through your Humax box, then it's that box that you need to retune (and not your TV set). When doing so, if you're offered a choice between 'Smart' and 'Default', it's important that you select 'Default'. Full instructions are in this video. Success! Thank you so much Chris. When I retuned previously I didn’t press the default button - I used the Smart one which is where I was going wrong.
