Joining is easy. Just tack on to any thread that is having a hoity-toity laugh at the misfortunes of others. It's ribald, and it's only FUN, apparently.

Yeah, I find most of the would-be humorous answers very lame, and the humour does usually rely on pathetic smuttyness. But criticise it, and they come back with that great, all-conquering mantra: "Oh come on, it's just a bit of fun!" Failing to realise that their being smirking unfunny morons isn't in any way "fun".

There are genuinely witty people on AB who are worth reading. But too many others seem to regard almost any and every post as the opportunity to come in with their sub-juvenile tedium.
