Furthermore, he didn't put his job on the line at all. He knew he was safe - and so did the police who dragged their feet for so long before 'investigating'. Had Starmer been the man of integrity he claims to be, rather than say he'd resign *if he was fined*, he'd have resigned the moment the finger was pointed - something he didn't hesitate to demand of Boris time and time again. This country will now reap the spoils of what the back-stabbers, both in and out of parliament, have sown - and it won't be a pretty sight.
