How To Swat A Fly Mid-Air

tools:
- sports gear
- a room with a white wall or ceiling
- a slipper

steps:

1) get into sports gear and put on slipper
2) position yourself so that the fly is between you and the white backdrop
3) squat low stealth is essential
4) take off slipper whilst squatting
5) grip slipper tight and get ready to pounce
6) as the fly slows and gets into a full sense of security smack it with the sole of the slipper on the backhand
7) dispose of fly

If you were any good with a catapult as a child, exchange it for a piece of elastic. With a bit of practice the fly can be zapped mid flight and it's not so one sided as a slipper. :o)

They are actually called Sky Raisins, get a cat or dog with a love of Sky Raising and they will all be killed and eaten in no time.

If using the cat version of bug killer you may find that all your ornaments will be destroyed and your curtains will be shredded. But the flies will be gone.
