10-15% and then VAT on the charge so it is around 18%

Some people dont find them much good. (me) - the bored school leaver ( er sozza care officer or whatever) rings you up and says
"C.H. dont work yeah, what are you gonna do about it ven?"
and you have to fix it
and after a call or two, you think - the tenant cd ring me direct
for the length of that tenancy
