I have got myself set up on bbc iplayer etc and put password etc in - but when I go into passwords into bbciplayer - it gives me all kinds of problems.

doesn't recognise the passwords etc obviously I go onto TV and when I get their password it is not recognising password etc so need new password - I ask for new password and into my email I go but doesn't recognising new passwords.

I am on Firestick on upstairs TV but on Smart TV downstairs (or whatever) - don't know exactly.


however the upstairs and downstairs aren't recognising same passwords - they saying different.

Try clearing the caches historys and start again. Buenchico might help if he see's it

Try logging into iPlayer on your PC. Does your password work? If not, go through the 'forgot password' process and be sure to write down the new password exactly.
