The services I think you mean are just a text based information request service, You select a category from the menu, pick a sub category, and select whether you want up dates in the future or just the latest info, press send and a few seconds later the service provider sends you back a text with info on your chosen subject, simple, although it all depends on the network/talk plan you are on supporting this service, if you don't have a suitable service then it won't work at all. (don't worry , your not missing much as the range of topics and info given is quite limited). Hope this helps
