Uneven breasts

Apart from surgery are there any other means of correcting uneven sized breasts?

Not really. Remember that uneven breasts are the norm. And the imbalance is far more apparent to the owner than anyone else. A dear friend of mine had to point out to me that hers were different sizes, and Id examined them in minute detail. Having children will often even things up, but may be a little drastic......there are good padded bras and bra inserts if you want to disguise things a bit when you dress up. But I assure you that only the very vainest and most anally retentive of the opposite sex will care at all. And other people of both sexes probably do not notice, even if you think its obvious.
