This wasnt a mass shooting.

We recently came back from a holiday in Spain and in the restaurant of the hotel there was an English couple who were going at the staff which everyone in the restaurant could hear because his wife picked up chips that were not hot enough. The husband carried this on the following day too hurling abuse at the chefs. The staff were fairly nice to them, when if it had been me I would have had them kicked out of the hotel.
