I don't want to receive updates on competition results from Howdidido. Can anyone help?

Can you not just unsubscribe from the emails? Usually, in tiny writing, the word 'unsubscribe' is shown at the bottom of emails, click on it and you should be able to stop further emails from them.

Alternatively, log into the website and change your notifications or newsletter options.
