Google docs search problems
Unless i'm doing something wrong Google Docs, search feature is very general and only finds the Folder /document title it is in , it does not specifically pinpoint the word(s) -which can mean a lenghty trawl thru the folder to pick out the word -surely this ancient method cannot be right ?
Whereas google mail and the old google notebook(which docs replaced) search gets you right to the word searched

You're doing something wrong. Google Docs is a very handy tool, everything you need is in the cloud storage and its search feature is very simple and effective. At least I trust Docs and the Drive, I prefer not to use other storage facilities. Also, in Docs, I like to store all my templates -- for instance, those I downloaded at https:/ /docsan dslides .com/go ogledoc s/broch ure-fly er/ . I can't help but mention - I find the voice input feature very helpful. It's a real lifesaver for me. When I get tired of typing, I can just dictate text. This feature alone makes this program indispensable.
