Can I Somehow Reuse My Binder Cover And Put It On A Larger Size Binder?

I put my favorite stickers of all time on my binder for music but it's getting way too cramped. The stickers are on that plastic sleeve thing on the binder cover. I really don't want to just buy a bigger one and throw mine out bc whatever binder I used, it'll be the only one used. It's probably a stupid question but I'm really hoping for help or suggestions. :)

I'm not sure quite that I've envisaged your description accurately, but would it be possible to cut "that plastic sleeve thin" out and stick that on the new binder ?

I guess it's called a "clear view overlay" used on vinyl binders. I've done so much research and can't find anyone who's even ever asked this before bc it's probably impossible. It sealed quite tightly so idk if it could be removed without ruining it. After thinking about it, I feel stupid asking bc I don't think there's any way... maybe repurchase all of those stickers and place them in a larger one :(
