I have defrosted some cod fillets but there are too many for us to eat this evening. Does anyone have any ideas for using up the cold, cooked cod for tomorrow's meal.
People seem to like this Tilly - fold the fish into some curried mayonnaise add some chopped apple and serve with rice salad and/or green salad.
To make curried mayonnaise - fry finely chopped
small onion in butter and stir in curry powder letting it cook a bit to enhance flavour.
