Tesco Delivery

i was due to have a tesco delivery today: they have just emailed me to say that the order is cancelled, sorry for inconvenience but if i like i can go back online to order!
i tried to call customer services to find out why by they are constantly engaged.
Is there a bigger problem with tesco today i havent heard about?

Their email was very peremptory and didnt say anything about it being their fault, leaving me wondering if they thought my order was too small or something

Bednobs - if you still need food try Iceland. You can always book a delivery for the next day - sometimes even on the same day.

Alas, the slot is two hours long and their range of food is not great. But - you can buy frozen Greggs sausage rolls.

I expected a delivery last Friday, reordered for last Sunday then finally arrived on Wednesday, I’ve never had a problem with Tesco before.
