Injection Warning Light On 57 Clio?

I have an engine warning light come up on my Renault Clio stating “check injectors” any ideas please?

Is it the 1.5 diesel engine ?
If so then it's probably a fault with the DPF ( diesel particulate filter ).

It's probably worth around £5 to get a bottle of injector cleaner, put it in the fuel tank and see if that cures the fault. If that fails it could be anything from a corroded connector on one of the injectors to one or more of the injectors sticking and needing replacement. A garage should be able to read an error code from the vehicle computer and sort out what the problem is but that will cot much more than £5.
