It should be the last day for the decorator, then i can relax a bit. Apart from that no other plans.
todays forecast for the capital is a gloomy 22c, with thunder storms, which happened overnight. So more to come.

i have several ladders, one the decorator has been using, should be ok.

sunny day down here forecast at only 20C though, dry to next Wednesday at least, highest temp to be 22. The sister and her better half are thinking of going off on their tub to the Scillies again.

The rain you are having is the 'wrong' type of rain and will not help in the long run - which is why they have still instigated the hosepipe ban.
You need a sustained period of rain somewhere between a drizzle and a downpour to be of any use.
