Whilst the Democrats want Trump prosecuted for this, and Republicans defend his actions – I think there is a possibility that no action will be taken against Trump; they (the FBI) just wanted the documents back in safe-keeping. It’s not like he robbed a bank and was keeping the ill-gotten gains.
