Looks like a trick question Togo? If rope is length 80m then half its length is 40m. But even it was in a V shape rather than a longer U then your triangle on left hand half would be 40m high (50-10) and longest side of 40 which is impossible???

Yes your right the poles are touching so the rope must go directly down 40m and then straight back up 40m. Even thats not possible though as unless the rope is of almost zero thickness some will be lost at the kink.
