ordered Muslims to pray at five set times of day:
Salat al-fajr: dawn, before sunrise.
Salat al-zuhr: midday, after the sun passes its highest.
Salat al-'asr: the late part of the afternoon.
Salat al-maghrib: just after sunset.
Salat al-'isha: between sunset and midnight.

I have no idea why you are asking a loadda christians
fajr is dawn,
zuhr midday ( and also source I think)
asr and isha have too many alternative spellings
maghreb, sunset and also west ( where the sun sets)

god I must be a sad donkey if I track down the etymology of the five prayers
