Individual Pictures Into A Folder?

On my PC (it’s not a Mac) in Pictures, are a variety of individual photos, including some of my dog who i recently lost. I’d like to gather all those individual pics of her and put them all together in a folder like the folders that are higher up in Pictures. Is that possible and if so please can someone provide a simple step by step guide as to how? I’m a bit of a technophobe

on my win 10 lappy i would open pictures folder, right click to access the options, click on 'new' to create a new folder. You can then either copy and paste the files you want or click and drag them into the new folder
