I've had this ( I think) since April. Thought I was getting over it a bit, but this last week it's back again. It's the nausea which is so unpleasant. I know one or two of you have had it and wondered whether you are feeling any better lately.

I think I may have caught Covid in January or February despite having had two jabs. Since then I've felt much weaker. I used to enjoy long walks but if I've long Covid now it seems to have swiped the legs from under me. While I used to walk up to 20 miles a day I find 2 miles to the shop and back exhausting. It's also disheartening, depressing. It has changed my life.
from what I've heard it takes many forms (none of them enjoyable) and you don't get government help because they don't rate long Covid as a disability.

I hope you get better, hellywelly
