Once again the fallacy of this nonsense is proved.
People who didn't watch AQOS previously are not going to tune in because you being in an unsuitable replacement whose only claim to suitability is being younger than the person he is replacing.
What does happen, is that the people who did watch, stop watching anyway.
Result, failure.
Please listen out when this unassailable piece of logic is proven yet again when Scott Mills replaces Steve Wright.
What's wrong with these people?
I am not a six-figure BBC executive and I can see it.
Why can't they?

I've always enjoyed the programme & have nothing against Paddy, Sam or Ugo, but the format has been changed so much that - for me - it's now unwatchable.
Interminably long rounds of questions with the teams given much too long to answer, stupid games (sliding discs across the floor etc) & far too much chit-chat in general. Bring it back to a halfway-decent quiz & the viewers might return.

Andy Hughes, Steve Wright is overdue for replacing.
However Scott Mills? Really?
Once again if a DJ is too old for R1 they are found a slot on R2.
If they had to stay internal, then OJ Borg would have been better.
However I think they should emulate top football teams and buy in the best.
I would have taken Andy Bush from Absolute Radio and given him the afternoon slot.
