I don't really think it's that cold but the sudden drop of what we've been used to makes it feel that way.

Leave my electric blanket on when I'm at home and it slightly warms up the bedroom. Mine's from Argos and dirt cheap.

We lit a fire last night. Although in fairness, we both have covid and were shivering.

Just had a look, for a 100w blanket around £1 per week cost to run. Think I will go and get one today.
