As they are not working members and that is apparently why Harry's children do not have HRH in front of their titles.

Charles is now HM King. William is now the HRH the Prince of Wales, and their children are Prince and Princess.
So maybe they can be HRH.
The Queen issued a Letters Patent on 31.12.12, stating

"The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 31 December 2012 to declare that all the children of the eldest son of The Prince of Wales should have and enjoy the style, title and attribute of Royal Highness with the titular dignity of Prince or Princess prefixed to their Christian names or with such other titles of honour."

Without that, they would not have been a Prince or Princess as they were not grandchildren of the then Queen.
It's all a load of tosh
It could be argued they are working royals given the number of events they have been photographed at in recent months.
Unless there is a Letters Patent removing the right to be titled His/Her Royal Highness, that title remains.

In the absence of such a Letters Patent, there may be an agreement not to use that title, as in the recent example of Prince Andrew who is a Royal Highness still.
Such as the one you have just posted on.
Apologies, Stargazer, wrong thread.
I alreadu spotted that
Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Rose as they then were - were HRH without a days honest work in their lives....

The Randy one is being allowed a uniform and so it seems fair that Harry who never groped anyone who didnt want it, should have a uniform.

It boils down to Jowett KC and LC 's opinion on HRH and Wallis ( Simpson silly ) that the King ( Geo VI) is the fount of all honours and he didnt want...

Royals have no rights....
Letters Patent removing the right to be titled

I think letters patent is plural Corbo

Incredz this was discussed in the case about the COmmon Market and Heath - 1973. Denning (MR as he then was) discussed whether there were some things in the world that could not be called back ( and then poss if HRH was one)
as an arrow fired - - I recall
and then he asked - - ( yes in short but he was a judge) if Parliament repealed the Independence of India Act 1947, wd India become part of the British Empire again
Phew he said no
and so some things cannot be recalled

is HRH one?

well I thought that a child of the sovereign was a Prince of the Blood and so entitled to HRH ( as Jowett I did)
Hence Edward VIII went back to being a prince ( of the Blood) and so his spouse (dear Wallis).
Jowett as LC changed it all (Jowett II). We do what the king says.

Big thing twenty y ago - if you were a bad bad boy, the university took (wanted to take) your degree off you ( a la Anthony Blunt and his sir-ship). yes BA, BSc, PhD. ( PhD goes down for fraud obviously, research fraud). and I was very keen on - "it shows they passed a written exam to a certain standard at a certain date...."
