How Can I Change My Device Id On Iphone 7?

So I got banned from an app for ‘breaching terms of service’, to this day I am clueless as to what I have supposed to have done, but anyway, I signed back up using a different number, which allows you to use the app but its shadowbanned. I’ve heard the only way you can get back on is by changing your device ID as apparently apps can see this and that’s why it’s still banned. Anyone know how to change this? Thank you

By device ID do you mean Apple ID if so you would lose all on your phone and have to start again.

Don't you have just one Apple ID which can be used on any Apple device?

Do you mean the IP address? If so, try using a VPN

It’s not Apple ID or IP address, I’ve been told each phone has a device ID and the apps can identify a phone

That's the EMEI but I'm not sure websites can get that information and if they can, they use it in that way
