Shopping At The Co-Op.
20 Answers
We have that many roadworks, temp lights and queues round here so we do like driving locally to Home Bargains and Aldi.
Instead, 3 miles away there are two co-ops and a Spar shop. Prices at the co-op are extremely competitive. Will continue going there during road works.

I don't shop in Aldi, YMB, my imaginary husband does all the shopping :) They're £1.30 in Tesco and 99p in Sainsburys. I've just checked. I think I deserve BA for all my hard work, Doc.

I used to have 2 smallish Co-op near me. One I've not been to in several months. The closer one was taken over by McColls...and prices went up...if that's possible. They have merged with Morrison's and now have less choice and higher prices. Iceland is luxury in comparison. *rolls eyes*. The other Co-op is nicer anyway.
Luckily both Aldi and Lidl aren't too far away...a 6 minute bus ride.

The Co-op do some great meal deals if you have a family. We have a co-op nearby, its handy if you run out of something as its open from 7am until 10 pm seven days a week. We do our main shop in Tesco, you get good deals with the Clubcard. I only went in Aldi once and it smelled of rotten food, we left.
