If yes then produce the insurance and it won't go to court or if it does it'll be for somthing minor like not producing. If you where driving uninsured then why would you plead not guilty? There may be mitigation but it does not translate to a "not guilty" plea, think very carefully.

Like father like son.
so if i plead on day 1 will i get less prosecution than going on trial and then found guilty? eg: i go in day 1 they will just give 6 points 2 fines because of 2 offences, but points are only rewarded for the most serious,in my case the no insurance and a revoke because passed test within the 2 year period,
or
if it goes to trail this will be double ?

They can give up to 9 points for no insurance and a fine possibly a disiqualification. The punishment will always be more lenient for pleading guilty as early as possible. No one can say what the magistrates will do on the day but it will undoubtedly be worse if you are found guilty after pleading not guilty. If you have a valid reason to beleive you are not guilty then fine, otherwise plead guilty. If you passed your test less than 2 years ago then it's almost certainly a re test if you are convicted. I may be more help if you could explain why you are considering pleading not guilty.
It's a case of you either did or you didn't. If you did you will have or can obtain proof from the insurance company. If you didn't have insurance - their is no valid reason (unless life depended on it) to drive without insurance.
Oh and by the way can you pay for the extra on my insurance premium that everyone gets charged because of people like you ? Probably not ! Glad you didn't have an accident on your trip - let me know where you live - I'll avoid the area !
