Radiators Now Cold

vaillant ecotec plus condensing boiler. I thought it would be good to add a small rad 10 foot away from main one downstairs.
Easy pipe work straight along wall. But both are cold? Air all out and all others work great.
Even the pipe in garage is cold??
This boiler has no taps on it.
What went wrong. Cheers

A bit more information would be useful.

Did you extend the pipes from the main downstairs rad or did you connect then from somewhere else?

What has the garage got to do with it?

Have you tried re-balancing the system after you added the new rad?

Both are cold -both what? both pipes to the new rad or both the new rad and the main rad.

Are you sure - without knowing the layout of the system I might suspect an airlock of some sort.

Since you haven't responded to either of our questions, can we now assume that you have fixed the problem. It would be nice to know what the solution was so that we can offer help to people in future.

I'm glad you asked that bhg. I was going to wade in with my size 10s but there is so little information.

Maybe the pipes are connected to an electric radiator.
