Yes, i suppose 'ouch' was an understatement. Not as much as the commentators, "I think she may be in pain." though.

it's an awful bit of film. but ouch can be more "ouch" if it's something you can relate to - then you don't even need the film to feel their pain.
last week an incident occurred on our premises involving a little lad relieving himself in one of the toilets, and being small he stood with his testicles resting on the rim. at which point the seat/lid catch failed, trapping his delicates between the lid and the porcelain. just reading about it I felt his pain; and it was severe enough for A&E......
