Translate Times Across Time Zones
Hi all,
I work in the eastern time zone and have customers on the west coast and suppliers in India and across Asia. I need to plan calls across multiple time zone. I.e., asking, "Are you available tomorrow at 11 am or 2 pm?".
We are not from the same company - I cannot plan all in Outlook. Also, I do not want to refer to a single time zone, e.g., ET or GMT, asking all the participants to recalculate to their respective time zones.
What is the best way to "translate" messages to different time zones?
