Bloodhound Exploit 6

I've now been infected with this piece of crap twice in three days. Norton Anti-Virus quarantines it but can't delete it. The NAV site says to download a patch file and run it, but when I try it says that MS Outlook (the application that attracted the infection) is not currently installed on my machine and I cannot therefore run the patch file to fix the vulnerability to this Trojan..!! Can anyone tell me why the NAV patch file can't see Outlook 6.0, which is fully installed on my machine, and explain the best way round this error, please..?

Make sure you get the right file to suit your Outlook Express. Otherwise you could try letting Norton quarantine it then use a file shredder to delete it.
