Partly because bows said it should start with s or t and partly because I couldn't think of anything else. Mario and Luigi are plumbers so why would they be cleaning windows?

The more I think about this the more I am convinced Sooty and Sweep is right. I think the question is "would you let this pair clean your windows?" The names wouldn't fill you with confidence would they?
