Gas Refund

We have been waiting for our energy discount to be applied. We pay by direct debit, our last dd was paid 8 days ago, anybody else having difficulties, as usual you cannot get in touch with british gas

"If you pay by Direct Debit
You’ll receive your discount straight into your bank account as a refund 3-5 days after your Direct Debit has cleared. This means you’ll carry on paying your full Direct Debit amount"

As I pay my DD on the 28th of the month I won't receive it until the first week in November.
