is it likely that i'd loose weight if i have cereal for b'fast and lunch??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.But maybe not if you go from shredded wheat to sugar puffs - it does work (my trousers falling down all day proves that!) but obviously it has to be the right sort of cereal and not a lot of sugar (cornflakes, special K, fitnesse, fruit and fibre, shredded wheat, weetabix, etc as opposed to the more sweeter ones)
