I doubt The Princess Royal or Zara Phillips would want them since they will be racehorses rather than eventers.

The Queen was interested in breeding racehorses throughout her life. Apart from playing polo Charles pursued other interests and has also said he wants a slimmed down monarchy. Whilst the Queen's Stud employs many people it might not be cost effective. As long as the horses are well cared for there should not be an issue with what Charles is doing
