Now its not like at full term when a mum can be there for her child, she would not be able to physically car for the baby. Maybe going through something so damned traumatic bought her and her husband together and they really felt like they needed to get married.
Personally.. if it was me and I was assured the baby was ok.... I think I'd have run off to get hitched but been back at his bedside straight after the 'I do's'... I might have had one quick dance but I couldn't have stayed longer than need be at all. I would have wanted to get married but think of all the money you lose... !
auzzie,
Im sure they were hoping that 6 months gestation would be far enough away from the birth for the wedding to go ahead. I have no problems with them getting married when pregnant or even when child has been born, I just cant understand why anyone could do it 12 hours after the birth of the baby, let alone a premmy
