Power Point To Word

I received a document in powerpoint and I need to convert it to word to enable me to print it off, can anyone suggest how I do it please.

I don't want to have to print 12 slides off it's a waste of paper where as if it is in word I only need 3 pages

Just select the relevant text or images (right click and drag cursor) and then copy with CTRL+C - you can then paste it into a fresh word document with CTRL+V - do this for each PPT slide and you should have what you want.
