hi , i am going o attend court soon, for driving a vehicle uninsured, driving in accordance with license,i wanted to ask that what is likely to happen i have just recently passed a bike test, and will i get disqualified? and if i plead not guilty will the prosecution be even harsher? thanks your answers will be appreciated
if i were u i would -if you have a valid reason to go not guilty get a brief-and not the court duty solicitor-in my experience they seem to go against u but if u have no legit. reason for going not guilty again in my experience dont it is more likely to wind them up and be more severe im not sure if its a manditory ban now but do know it is heavily frowned upon-good luck [a fellow biker of over 22 yrs-riding that is]
The legal burden is on to prove you had insurance if you cant produce a valid certificate then I'm afraid your stuffed. You will get fined probably about 100 and 6 points on your licence. If you are a new driver your licence may revert to provisional status
