why do i seem like im giving dirty looks? Is it my stigmatism?

Astigmatism could cause you to squint if that's what you mean - I have had this problem all my life where people think I am "Giving them dirty looks" and have had a fair few pops taken at me because of it. My advice would be to get some glasses or Contact lenses or have laser surgery to correct the astigmatism, that way you will stop squinting and thus stop looking like you're giving dirty looks!
