Old style thermometer............

Has anybody out there got one of the old style mercury thermometer that they don't use anymore and would be willing to sell for me please? They only sell digital ones now. Many thanks, Jackie :)

To test for an underactive thyroid. Have been told the digital ones are no good for this only mercury ones. Have had the blood test at the hospital but was told by a lady who has got an under activethyroid that it you get false readings this way! Spoke to my docter about it but he just brushed it off. Don't think he liked me saying that!! Thanks anyway. Jackie :)
