Great result for the families but what an absolute piece of work. I know conspiracy theories find fertile ground in the US but how anyone can believe the BS this guy was peddling is beyond me. There will be an appeal but lets hope that goes the same way.

He's telling lies about actual people in such a way as to cause them continual suffering and endanger their lives.
